Returns and Refunds

All returns require prior authorization from Parker Medical Supplies Inc. Approved non-defective products must be unused, unopened, in their original packaging, and in salable and restockable condition. Restocking fees are calculated from the invoice amount as follows: 0–30 days: 5% with a $25 minimum, plus return freight; 31–60 days: 10% with a $25 minimum, plus return freight; 61–90 days: 20% with a $25 minimum, plus return freight. Products returned more than 90 days after the invoice date are generally not returnable unless Parker Medical Supplies Inc. gives prior written approval.

Sterile products, opened products, custom or special-order items, clearance items, expired products, and products that cannot be safely resold are not returnable. Damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped products should be reported promptly with the order number, lot information, and photographs when available.

Shipping Information
